For Winter semester 2011, Ali, Hannah, Lene, and Misty entertained pet cockroaches. Madagascar hissing cockroaches to be exact. Zeus (the biggest) and Hercules. We kept them for one week each on rotation; fed them, and observed them. Once in a while we would do small experiments with them, and record their behavior. This was all for our Life Science Project in Dr. Cantrell's class, and a very interesting project it was indeed. Have fun reading about our experience.

Zeus Upside Down
Tuesday February 15, 2011 When I shook him out of the tube, he climbed up the wall and sat in this position forever. Hercules did this the other night too. They seem to really like it.
